3 Ways to Give and Receive Love!

If your in business by now you understand that establishing a brand is critical to the your success and a task that is far from easy, especially in today’s business landscape. To create and maintain a successful brand the goal is to make people not only like and recognize your brand but you want them to absolutely fall in love with it.

If you’ve sat up for any length of time you’ve done a little math and you know it costs more money, more time, and more effort to attract new customers than to maintain, engage, and keep your existing customers. You will always get more bang for your buck when you continue to foster and build a relationship with the customers you already have than always trying to recruit and attain new ones.

Here are my 3 tips to helping you attract the love you desire and deserve from your tribe:

1. When you show up, show out!
Value, value, value. Always provide value each and every time you show up no matter the platform. Thinking that you can just get by by highlighting or showcasing your services will no longer work. Each business is different so you must take some time to figure out what that looks like for you and your business. Trust me your clients/tribe is craving for you to show them you value them enough to want to go above and beyond for them because you understand what they want and what they need.

2. Over Deliver
Yes, you heard me right! Don’t over think this because there can be subtle and simple ways to accomplish this. We’ve all heard the saying “Under promise and over deliver.” This is true now more than ever because of saturated markets and competition and let’s face it your clients have options. You have to stand out from the crowd so that you become the preferred choice. Take some time to figure out what you can do to consistently go above and beyond to satisfy your customers in service, quality and support. When you get that down, I promise you they will keep coming back for more and reward you with their repeat business and referrals!

3. Branding is Everything
Ok let’s talk about your digital branding assets. It’s everything and plays a major role in your brands first, second, third and last impression. It could leave a good or a bad taste in someones mouth and that is a fine line. The way things are set-up these days you’ve only got one shot, so you better make it good! Make sure you knock it out of the park each and every time. Make sure your messaging and your visuals are compelling, ensure that your website is user-friendly and that your using your social media profiles effective and efficiently in a way that ties all of the above together.
